We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won't get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.

How do you dispose of pet waste after each cleanup? +

Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material.

We will double bag the waste and place it in each customer's wheelie bin.

Can you clean with my dog in the yard? +

Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning.

Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day.

Do you provide an arrival window for services? +

No, we don't provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
